Season 2
Spring / Summer
The current season. Fluid, expressive, and dramatic. You're building a movement vocabulary and learning to carry yourself differently. Still time to join.
Off Season
A month of limited classes and intentional rest. The studio stays open — but August is designed for recovery, reflection, and preparation for what's next.
Season 3
Fall / Strength
The hard season. Where foundation becomes force. Season 3 is strength-driven, grounded, and built for the woman who's ready to push further than she thought she could.
What to expect
For women who've been away from movement — or who've never done anything like this — here's the honest version of what you're walking into.
Nobody walks in here already knowing what they're doing. The women who look effortless in month three looked exactly like you do right now in month one. The studio knows this and teaches to it.
By week three, you'll do something you told yourself you couldn't do physically. By month two, you'll stop putting a ceiling on yourself. Hard style does that — it makes the limit visible so you can move past it.
A season creates something a single class can't: familiarity. You'll learn names. You'll cheer for each other. You'll become someone's reason for showing up on a Tuesday when you both didn't feel like it.
Every month ends with 3 hours together. It's not punishing — it's expansive. The intensive is where the season's style focus crystallizes and where you find out what you're actually capable of.
