That I am pretty dang good at aerial hoop... seriously, I learned that it is ok to be free and not overthink things to the point of anxiety and paralysis.
It was supportive and created a bond, whether it be temporary or long term. They hype woman, Crystal, can definitely make you believe if only for that day that "You are the sh*t!" I believe it!
