Executive Clarity Retreat · Leadership Immersive · August 7 & 8

You lead with precision.
When did you last lead
with your whole self?

A two-day immersive for 8 women in senior leadership — combining movement-based nervous system regulation with structural clarity work, leadership identity, and decision-making under pressure. Not a conference. Not a retreat. A recalibration.

Before we tell you what this is

High-performing women in leadership carry something the org chart does not capture.

You have built something real. The title, the team, the track record. You make decisions that affect hundreds of people and you make them well.

And you are tired in a way that a vacation does not fix.

Not burned out — you are not done. But running a version of yourself that is missing something. A version that performs at 90% of what you know you are capable of, because the other 10% has been slowly crowded out by the weight of leading without enough support, recovery, or space to think clearly.

You do not need a leadership conference. You do not need another framework.

You need two days where someone takes the weight off your nervous system long enough for your actual thinking to come back online.

What the retreat is

What two days actually looks like.

The Executive Clarity Retreat combines two things that are rarely put in the same room: movement-based nervous system regulation and structural leadership work. Both are necessary. Neither alone is sufficient.

The science is clear: a nervous system in chronic stress cannot access the prefrontal cortex where strategic thinking, creativity, and complex decision-making live. Before we do the leadership work, we create the neurological conditions for that work to actually land.

Day One — August 7

Regulation & Foundation

Morning
Guided movement — aerial, pole, and floor workNo performance. No fitness goals. Movement designed to shift the nervous system from sympathetic (threat response) to parasympathetic (clarity and connection). No prior experience needed.
Afternoon
Leadership identity workWho you are when you are not performing your title. What you have been avoiding because you have not had space to look at it. What your leadership would look like with 10% more of yourself in the room.
Evening
Cohort dinnerThe eight women in the room are your cohort. The relationships built here are part of the value.

Day Two — August 8

Clarity & Integration

Morning
Movement — the second session goes deeperYou wake up in a different nervous system than the one you arrived in. What felt impossible on Day 1 becomes available on Day 2. This is not metaphor. This is neuroscience.
Afternoon
Structural clarity workDecision-making frameworks for leaders under pressure. The one thing you have been avoiding that is costing you the most. What you are going back to — and how.
Close
You leave with three thingsA documented clarity statement. A specific structural change to implement in the next 30 days. A cohort of eight women who are now in your corner.

Who this is for

This retreat is built for a specific woman.

Read each of these and notice whether you are nodding.

She is in senior leadership — VP, Director, C-suite, Partner, Founder, or equivalent. She has a team, a budget, and accountability that extends beyond herself.
She is high-functioning but running below her actual capacity. The gap between what she produces and what she knows she is capable of is real and growing.
She has tried the conference. The coach. The long weekend away. None of it addressed the thing underneath.
She is ready to do something different — not because she is desperate, but because she is done settling for 90% of herself.
She can invest $2,500 in herself without requiring her organization to approve it. (Organizational sponsorship also available — email us.)

This retreat is not for women in acute crisis requiring clinical support. It is not a therapy retreat or a wellness spa. It is for women who are ready to lead better.

Crystal — Founder, Taboo Dance & Aerial Fitness

Facilitated by

Crystal — founder,
systems strategist,
20-year IT veteran.

Crystal brings 20 years in healthcare IT to a practice built at the intersection of organizational leadership and embodied intelligence.

As a healthcare IT analyst, she has spent two decades inside the systems that high-performing women navigate daily — the politics, the pressure, the invisible weight of being the most capable person in rooms that were not built for them.

As the founder of Taboo Dance & Aerial Fitness in Jackson, Mississippi, she has spent years watching what happens to women's decision-making, creativity, and leadership capacity when their nervous systems get to fully reset — and building the methodology to make that happen intentionally.

The Executive Clarity Retreat is where those two worlds meet.

Common questions

What women ask
before they apply.

Do I need any movement or fitness experience?

No. The movement component is guided and there is no performance expectation. It is not a fitness class. The only requirement is that you show up in your body.

Where is the retreat held?

At Taboo Dance & Aerial Fitness, 856F South Street, Jackson, Mississippi 39201. Hotel recommendations are below.

Is this covered by my organization's professional development budget?

Many participants use professional development or wellness budgets. We can provide documentation for reimbursement. We also offer direct organizational billing — email consulting@mytaboofitness.com.

Why only 8 women?

The work requires genuine intimacy and safety. Eight is the maximum cohort size that allows every woman to be fully seen and fully served. We do not scale this experience.

How do I know if I am the right fit?

Book a Clarity Call. It is 20 minutes. We will both know by the end of it.

When is the next cohort after August?

Cohort dates are released to the inquiry list first. Apply or book a Clarity Call to be added to the priority list.
